  • Prepare conceptual drawings based on initial meeting and budget range

  • Discuss finishing specifications

  • Research government, local, and HOA regulations

  • Review site conditions, setbacks, and easements

DESIGN

  • Review and refine plans

  • Select finishings

  • Accept plans

CONTRACT

  • Contract price

  • A detailed scope of work and specifications

  • List of allowances

  • Any other pertinent construction documents

BUILD

  • Hold regular meetings to ensure you are aware of schedule and budget

  • Finalize any pending selections

  • Document and obtain approval for any changes requested

LIVE

  • Perform walk-through

  • Address punch list items

  • Follow-up to ensure your complete satisfaction
