NORTH END

The kitchen of this historic 1905 Victorian North End home was completely renovated. The wall between the dining room and kitchen was removed to open up the space. In addition, the outside entrance was relocated while maintaining the integrity of the original design by seamlessly blending the original and new sandstone exterior.

WEST END

The master bedroom and bathroom were relocated from main to upper level to extend living room and add entertaining space. Additional lighting added throughout home and existing fixtures were updated. Hardwood extended on main floor to blend with existing. All interior paint updated. Former master closet enlarged existing utility. Upstairs bonus room transformed into master living quarters. Original footprint remained intact.

EAST END

Relocated garage and added additional living quarters including living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Incorporated transitional space to blend the existing home with the addition. The existing kitchen was renovated to add additional counter space, ample storage, and create a contemporary open kitchen concept.
